I started with a solid foundation in Christianity at the Vineyard Christian fellowship.
•My first school was Logos Primary school.
•For middle school, I attended Gospel Outreach.
• I attended high school at the Chicago Academy for the Arts, and there I received an education in fine arts.
While at the academy, I learned: life drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture among other things. I also began dabbling in poetry; It was a natural way for me to express my feelings when bored in class.
The social justice oriented subject matter they taught would profoundly change forever the way I viewed life.
M.I.A.D. Era
When my time at the academy ended, I attended the Milwaukee institute of Art and Design, there I learned a variety of design techniques, it was the first time I made art digitally. I also dabbled in film and video, as well as my first animation class. Durring my time at M.I.A.D. I experimented with being a vocalist and emcee on my spare time.
It was a lonely time where I began what would become the multimedia massive project, the Drianna sequences.
During my first summer at M.I.A.D. my brothers and I sang on stage in San Antonio Texas in front of a large crowd. It was the first time I ever did that in my life, the thrill was indescribable. That period was like a renaissance
Columbia Era
I attended Columbia college in 2005 and learned 2d, stop motion, and 3D animation. I also wrote in that time my trilogies "A Desolate Sequence" (a 9 sketchbook long rough draft) and "Prodigy Sequence." As a set of three literary novels. I would graduate and earn my degree in 2007.
One of the greatest experiences I had in my life was running the aftercare program and teaching art to middle and high school students at "Eagles wings Urban Academy." I thank God for every sacred life I was responsible to guard and teach, and I did so adamantly. No Matter what was going on in my life at the time, when it was time to do my job, I put myself aside to be the best I could be for them. The memory of that time fuels me to this day.
Post college (2008-2013)
I have worked modest jobs since that time, doing the best I could and can given what I knew and know not to sell out and to maintain my integrity. I fell on my face many times in many ways, but I always strived to create art I believed in and always tried to give it a social justice point of view.
After a few botched, embarrassing, efforts I regret, I finally came up with TheJadeMachine, my first consistant online Vlogging effort. There I was able to utilize many of the film teqniques I learned doing allot with alittle. I also made it my buisness whether giving my opinion about a music industry trying to force a dumb down on the public or showcasing my. Artistic abilities to "make art and speak heart."
During that time, I recorded 2 multimedia trilogies consisting of 9 music album sets "Apathy Sequence" and "Euphoria Sequence".
I have always wanted my art to be pure and for my stories not to be chewed up and spit out by an entertainment industry that fused the creativity of artists worldwide to lies propaganda deceit and content that does not feed us what we need, but keeps us stagnant, limited, and does not help us reach our fullest potential as individuals or as species in love.
2013-present
From online projects, to the continuation of my work, I have strived to keep integrity, and the desire for a better world, alive, striving to live for love and peace! I have struggled with homelessness because of these things, but I strive to do maintain integrity in all that I do.
Volunteering for my church WAS the best job I have ever worked in my life. It inspired me to write another trilogy thus "Stratagem Sequence" is currently in the works.
I thank God for every blessing in my life, I love honor and respect Jesus Christ who was there for me through thick and thin. His words and viewpoints, when seen through the eyes of love, are life giving. My words do not do His contribution justice.
I love the Son of Man, who I believe to a a great extent is the inner Child. I have lived for it since high school and have strived to protect it. It is a focal point in practically everything I've written, and continues to be worth living for, loving, and defending against the destructive things of this world. Nowadays whether through my art, or with my relationships, I live to follow The top two commandments of Jesus: "love the Lord my God, who is Love, with all my heart soul mind and strength," and "love my neighbor as myself."
